Service status

cpcp is a free, best-effort tool with no 24/7 on-call and no SLA. This page explains how to tell what failed and how updates are shared.

Run a quick check

  • The home page loads and can seal a new parcel: the site and write path are up.
  • GET /api/ping returns { ok: true }: the Worker is running.
  • Pickup shows 404 or 410: usually a wrong code or an expired parcel, not an outage.
  • You see 429: a rate limit was hit; wait as instructed and retry.
  • Only one device or network fails: switch networks or browsers to rule out a local problem.

Why there is no live status board

This is a small project without an on-call team. A "live" status page that cannot be kept live would be worse than none.

Incidents with meaningful impact are recorded in the changelog with time, scope, and cause, and updated with the resolution.

Reporting a failure

Email hello@1tools.vip with the time, page URL, device and browser version, and the error code you saw. Do not attach parcel content; share the pickup code only if you want us to inspect it.
